The residential complex arose on top of an underground parking garage from the 1970s. Access is respectively provided by means of the northwest/ southeast facing thoroughfares. Together with the plazas, these constitute the more public part of the complex. They are characterized by ash leaf maples and China trees, as well as shadbushes and various grasses.

The inner-lying parts of the outdoor areas are designed as quieter recreational areas: as three thematically determined gardens of a more intimate character (rose garden, evergreen garden, herb garden). These recreational areas are flanked by tenants’ gardens, resp., small terraces.

The border to the outside is made of hornbeams, resp., copper beech hedges. The open spaces lying on the northwest access road and along the covered train line in the southwest take up the play areas. They are respectively equipped with a climber-covered pergola and a children’s playground.
