The Entrance Court (with a sculpture by Olafur Eliasson) of the KPMG building, the Museum Court (bamboo patio) and the Library Court (cherry garden) shape the thematically differently accented open spaces. Roof spaces on various levels that are greened and equipped with wooden decks offer the employees attractive outdoor spaces for breaks, as well as a visual extension of their working spaces.

The open space to the neighboring residential tower (architect Steidle) is designed as a bright grove of ornamental cherry trees on the office side, and as a play maze of copper box hedges on the residential side.
