On the grounds of a former industrial area on the eastern side of the Danube a vibrant piece of city was developed in an urban design competition. The concept pursues the idea of a contextual autonomy, of an informal city planning that provides a mother lode of diverse open spaces. These mediate harmonically between the succinctly large structure on the Wagramer Strasse and the compartmentalized residential development on the inside.
The landscape architectonic contribution comprised the involvement in this urban development conception, the entire planning of the public spaces, as well as the detailed design of three sub-areas in housing construction.
