The project offers gardens on various levels which feature a respectively characteristic and protected atmosphere.
All three houses have a mezzanine, which emerges in the open space as a sunken garden: To the west and east of the middle structure are two gardens that lie lower than the surrounding area. These display a flowing gracefulness, connect the houses with one another and combine the commonly used inner and outer spaces into a cohesive garden.
The slopes towards the south are formed as sculpturally drawn turf steps which elements with seating steps are positioned in. Both sides of the slopes are planted with 30-40 cm-high ground covers, whereby a non-accessed protection zone arises around the sunken gardens. High-branched, multi-stemmed shadbushes stand in the north part of the slopes, multi-stemmed China trees in the south. Honey locusts are planted in the sunken gardens.
Private gardens assigned to the apartments are located on the top floor; in the north there is additionally a common terrace with adjoining meadow patches. On the penthouse level tenants have individually cultivatable garden beds and a commonly usable wooden deck at their disposal.
